The App uses artificial intelligence to generate hypothetical stock portfolios ("Baskets") based on your natural language inputs. These outputs are for informational and educational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. The App does not provide personalized recommendations tailored to your specific financial situation, investment objectives, or risk tolerance.

No Fiduciary Duty

We are not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial analyst. No fiduciary relationship is formed between you and Baskets AI. Your use of the App does not create an advisor-client relationship.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for evaluating the merits and risks of any investment. You should consult with a qualified financial professional before making any investment decisions based on data from this App. Baskets AI does not endorse or recommend any specific securities.

3. AI and Data Accuracy

AI Limitations

The App utilizes third-party artificial intelligence (including but not limited to the Perplexity API) to interpret your requests and generate content. AI services may occasionally produce inaccurate, outdated, or "hallucinated" information. Baskets AI cannot guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content.

Market Data

Stock prices, charts, and financial metrics provided in the App are derived from third-party sources. We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of this data. Market data may be delayed.

Verification

You explicitly agree to verify all facts, tickers, and financial data independently before taking any action. You should cross-reference information provided by the App with official sources, such as company filings and reputable financial news outlets.

4. User Accounts

To use certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service, violate these Terms, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity.

  • Inaccuracies, errors, or omissions in AI-generated content or financial data.
  • Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its source code, design, algorithms, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Baskets AI and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our App without our prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington.
